WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT:
At Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, we want to help you make an informed
choice about your health care. Your doctor may have certain
restrictions related to you and your family’s primary care. Please
take a look at the following procedures that are excluded by the
Family Medicine and Internal Medicine departments when scheduling
your appointment. If the services offered by your doctor do not meet
your health care needs, please select the “Back” button and select
another doctor. Or, you may call 713-442-0000, 24 hours a day, 7
days a week to make an appointment.
FAMILY MEDICINE EXCLUSIONS Show

INTERNAL MEDICINE EXCLUSIONS Show
- Lacerations or surgical procedures
- Incision/drainage of abscesses or boils
- Toenail removal in connection with your routine foot care
- Casting known fractures

PEDIATRIC MEDICINE EXCLUSIONS Show
- ADHD/ADD Visits
- ADHD/ADD Medication Refills
- Dyslexia
- Depression
- Procedures
- Office Visits for Infants Two Weeks of Age and Younger
- For a post hospitalization follow up visit please call your provider's nurse for scheduling
Schedule one and four year physicals after your child's birthday.
Please bring your child's immunization records with you.
Please schedule 18 year old new patients with a provider in Family Practice.
